While the initial announcement of the exclusive GameStop demo at first seemed to suggest it would be the only way for gamers to try out this year’s version of Madden, EA quickly clarified the confusion, telling Shacknews that “we will also be issuing a demo via Xbox LIVE and PSN that features the Giants vs. Cowboys with 2 minute quarters” (whereas the GameStop demo features 5 minute quarters). Both demos are only for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, with those reserving through GameStop getting a special download code for their version of the demo.
