you need a bluetooth adapter that cost like 60$…im pissed i got the iphone its junk!…so slow.. no bluetooth…100$ a month no sending pics?? wtf? blackberry is better
No, unfortunately you can ONLY answer calls on the iPhone with the Motorokr S9; even with adapter, won’t hear music. That’s why I originally returned it; but then I saw it on sale cheap and tried it with my iPod using a D650 adapter…worked GREAT with the iPod; don’t use with your iPhone, buddy ;-) Hope that helps.
You will ONLY be able to answer calls with the iPhone; no music…which kinda defeats the purpose for using it with the iPhone. However, with a D650 adapter (found at BestBuy for $19), it worked GREAT with a regular iPod ;-)
Thanks you were more helpful than the idiot salesman in the brick and mortar store; .. but try this: I have a wirevo; (similar) and I _can listen to music. Open a song; go to voicemail; ‘connect’ with your headphones then hold down the home key. It may autodial. Tell me if that works for you on the motorokr; cheers…
Nope, apparently the iPhone doesn’t have A2DP support. That’s probably why the iPhone can “dial” using bluetooth, but NOT stream music via bluetooth, right? As for the wirevo, is it the headset or the phone you’re using that allows you to do all that? Just curious…however it works, sounds pretty awesome…may have to review it for NerdBoyTV.
I have a few questions. first of all i have a Samsung YP-P2 mp3 which has bluetooth and a Samsung U600 phone which also has bluetooth. Do you know if the Motorokr S9 headset works with these? Also i intend to get a usb bluetooth device like the one you mentioned so that i can use it as a gaming headset on my pc, does this work and does it require any special software? How good is the microphone quality and where abouts is the microphone placed? I also have fairly long hair, is this a problem?
Hmmm, here’s what I know: the Motorokr S9 should work with the two devices you mentioned “as long as they support A2DP” for streaming music, otherwise only the cellphone portion will work. Secondly, I too use a bluetooth adapter on my laptop to use the Motorokr S9 and honestly I haven’t been AS happy with it. It could be because I have a 3-year-old laptop, but the bluetooth connection is very sporatic and I promise you it will drive you crazy if you’re trying to play video games ;-)
Were you ever able to get the motorokr S9 to hear music with the original iPhone; albeit not in stereo; using the ‘wirevo technique’ I talked about before?
I’m not using an iPhone, but I am using an iPod with a Bluetooth adapter and YES you can skip and backtrack between songs. Sound is quite good (can’t separately adjust base/treble though). Hope that helps.
ps3 i mean

However, you may want to read some of the comments above, too. Some others have had terrific luck using this headset for gaming…good luck to you.

I will try this once I get home later this week; the iPhone now belongs to my 11-year-old, so I don’t have it handy to try here on the road.
Nope, doesn’t seem to work.
I can only hope the 3.0 firmware update will solve that; as I ordered a pair….
Is there a Usb2.0 -> 3.5mm head jack chord? so you can connect the headset to any audio device?
is it compatible with the iphone 3g yes or no with the the d360 ? somebody let me know
dont tell me you actually go out side with that on your head if you say you do your blantley lying haha
Yup I sure do…it don’t look bad. To each their own…LOL, like hanging cords look better, huh? hehe
Sound was nice; but did your song advance buttons eventually stop working?

How is the range and sound quality? Can you please do a follow up review?
