Ive got two of these systems to my computer, and by the way, subwoofers are supposed to move up and down. Tweeters (the highs) are small little speakers that vibrate extremely fast, mid-ranges (the mids) are a bit bigger speakers that moves a bit slower then the tweeters, and you can actually see the vibrations if you turn it up high enough, and with subwoofers, the low, they are large speakers moving alot to push air and the air makes the sound.
