It’s Vic Vance not Vince Vance wow the review doesn’t even know the protogaonist’s name. At least he says the music gets a A+.

@CFDarKSouL Why it sucks? I’ve finished San Andreas 4 times, I played GTA3… Vice City Stories is the only GTA I haven’t played
